Leah Stemmann is a Chicana multidisciplinary artist based in Southern California.  She draws illustrations on wood, incorporates hardware, and experiments with found objects. Her work explores questions of truth, media, and the overwhelming pace of digital life. Her pieces draw attention to the ways natural and synthetic materials merge and the absurdity of constant information that shapes our everyday experience.
